Principal's Message

‘Education is not preparation of life. It is Life itself.’ John Dewey.

On behalf of the staff at Manjusri Public School (MPS), I welcome you to the soothing green environs of Temi-Tarku. Nestled amongst the silent and misty hills, the School is truly ‘far from the maddening crowd.’ The ample school grounds, the dedicated teachers and the abundance of co-scholastic activities is a perfect arena to heighten the personality, character, physical fitness, creative and critical thinking of your child. This is laid alongside the academic pillars of maths, science and languages.

Here at MPS, we firmly believe in the maxim ‘Every child can learn’. But this learning not only entails the curriculum (which is no doubt, very important), but also to learn who you are, learn to be at peace with yourself, learn the effect you have on others and open your mind to new experiences, because at the end of the day, learning keeps us ‘alive.’

The foundation laid here at MPS prepares the child to face future challenges as confident and capable young adults. We strive to build a structure not to promote success for a select few but one that engages participation in learning by all. Our committed teachers ensure a rigorous and engaging approach to all academic learning grounded on progressive educational philosophy. We continuously endeavour to create a conducive environment for the all round development of our pupils. With this in mind we conduct a large number of co-scholastic activities spread out through out the year. We ensure that moral values are intricately woven into the modern curriculum fabric.

I take this opportunity to thank all parents who have reposed their faith in our School. We would not have been able to reach our potential without your support and dedication. We assure you to do our best always. Your partner in education,

Rajat Bose
