Graduated from Columbia University, New York with a Masters Degree in International Relations. Over the 29 years of service with the UNDP she served in a number of countries in various capacities and responsibilities for managemet oversight, policy formulation and guidance and support for high quality programming. She served as the Director, Country Operations Division, Regional Bureau for Arab States, UNDP, New York for five years before taking early voluntary retirement to pursue her other interests.

Graduated from Stanford University, California with a Masters Degree in Education, she has taught in various schools in USA, Australia, Hong Kong and India. She served as the Executive Assistant for the Sydney College of the Arts, and the Executive Officer of the Continuing Education Centre at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Sydney, Australia. She was the Founder Principal of POC Academy and Taktse International School in Sikkim, India.

Graduated from Madras University with a B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Physics and Mathematics. He served as the Foreign Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Raghunath is also a graduate of the National Defence College, New Delhi and served as a member of the National Security Advisory Board, Government of India for several years during the latter part of his career.

Graduated from Santa Clara University California with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Has over 20 years senior management experience working for multinational companies in the areas of corporate finance, planning and strategy. Returning to Sikkim in 1996 he has been actively involved in the areas of livelihood generation, education transformation, capacity building and governance issues. He is a Founder Member of a number of NGO’s and schools.

Graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India. Mr. Sacheti is a successful buisiness entrepreneur based in New York and a philanthropist supporting numerious educational initiatives in India. He undertakes major fund raising in the US for Akshya Patra that provides meals to 100,000 needy students per day and supports a school in Dehradun.

Graduated from Delhi University with a Masters Degree in Business Adminstration (MBA). He worked for over 10 years with Sikkim Industrial Development and Investment Corporation initially serving as Planning Officer and then as General Manager of SIDICO. He is currently serving as the Assistant General Secretary of a prominent Buddhist order with a global network building financial and information management systems and advising on future strategic direction.
