Harmony in Competition: Inter-House Music Fest 2025
Manjusri Public School recently hosted its much-awaited Inter-House Music Competition, an event that resonated with rhythm, melody, and pure musical spirit. The competition featured three exciting categories: Choir, Regional Song, and Battle of the Bands, providing a platform for students to showcase their talent and creativity.
The event was graced by two distinguished judges – Mr. Ravi Gahatraj, the renowned singer from Sikkim and popular contestant of The Voice of Nepal, Season 3, and Ms. Kushmita KC, a celebrated violinist from Kalimpong, West Bengal. Their presence and insightful feedback made the event even more memorable and inspiring for the participants.
Adding to the charm of the day, parents were also invited to witness the performances, and their enthusiastic presence filled the atmosphere with warmth and encouragement, greatly motivating the students.
The competition witnessed electrifying performances, from soulful regional melodies to powerful band battles, reflecting the diverse musical abilities of our students. After a tough contest, Hippogriff House emerged as the Winner, while Basilisk House secured the Runner-Up position.
The event not only celebrated music but also strengthened teamwork, confidence, and cultural appreciation among students. It was truly a day of harmony and joy, leaving the audience enthralled and proud of the incredible talent within our school community.
