Champions on Track: Manjusri Athletes Bring Glory Home

Manjusri Public School, County Campus, Temi Tarku, proudly participated in the 17th Sikkim State Inter-District Athletics Meet 2026, organized by the Sikkim Athletics Association at Reshithang Sports Complex from 4th to 6th June 2026. Our young athletes delivered an outstanding performance across a wide range of track and field events, demonstrating exceptional skill, determination, and sportsmanship. Competing against participants from across the state, the team secured an impressive total of 30 medals, comprising: Gold Medals: 6 Silver Medals: 11 Bronze Medals: 13 The students competed in various events, including Triathlon, Relay Races, Hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump, Javelin Throw, Shot Put, Discus Throw, and several track events. This remarkable achievement reflects the hard work, perseverance, and dedication of our athletes, as well as the unwavering support and guidance provided by our Sports Teachers, Sir Siddarth Pakhrin and Sir Syed Makbul. The school extends its heartfelt congratulations to all the medal winners and participants for their exceptional performance. Their success has brought great pride to the institution and serves as an inspiration to the entire school community. We wish our athletes continued success in their future sporting endeavors and look forward to many more achievements in the years to come.
